Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a client who was a recording artist. He wanted a large house in a gated community with very little land. When he started talking about his parties and the amount of people coming I found a beautiful home with a large pool/patio area, 24' ceilings on several acres without a HOA! He loved the home for the time he was there.

I never make a deal for the sake of the deal. I want my clients to feel they have received the best service and value possible.

My values. I don't go against them and that leaves my clients satisfied with my work.

Never make personal comments on a house to a client. You never really know what they will like or dislike!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
South Florida! On the water. Italy would run a close second.
