Bad Deal

Agent took us back to his office so we could sign agreement to lease the day of showing, deposit was made, only to find out a week later that it was given to a different offer. Poor communication, no explanation given as to why a different offer was taken even after an agreement to enter into lease was signed and deposit wired to realtor's requested account.
