Gary C buy a previous house with Dean K Watson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Agent took us back to his office so we could sign agreement to lease the day of showing, deposit was made, only to find out a week later that it was given to a different offer. Poor communication, no explanation given as to why a different offer was taken even after an agreement to enter into lease was signed and deposit wired to realtor's requested account.
