Wonderful agent

We worked with John to purchase a house in Beverly Hills while we were still in Ohio. He worked with us for over 3 months to help us find the right house and purchase it. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I really enjoy helping to bring buyers and sellers together to help both realize what it is that they want, to move on, move up and move in. There is great satisfaction in helping a buyer find the home of their dreams.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Not so much of a challenging issue, but more of an unpleasant task in this market of upside down mortgages, is breaking the news to a seller that there house may be worth much less then what they owe on the property.
What is your best characteristic?: I am forward thinking and innovative. I am always trying to think outside of the box when it comes to marketing my properties. I try to stay on the cutting edge of technology, yet I also understand that Real Estate is a face to face business.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My family.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Help your clients get what they want and what I want will come naturally.
