Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Helping people meet their needs. Working with people to find a new home is amazing. You get to see the excitment, watch people place their furniture in house they have not even bought yet.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Biggest challenge would have to be finding the right mortgage broker to get the job done, smoothly for a client.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
The best would have to be during the incrediable boom, I put a house on the market, we had 15 people a day going to look at it. after going into contract, finding the perfect new home for the client was tough, but we went out alot and found her a great place to live.
What is your best characteristic?
I never give up. I understand that this is a big decision because the client has to live in the home they must also love it. For those listing the house, I would say I am great at communication. I will keep in contact even if there is nothing new to report.
Who or what inspires you the most?
my kids, I have 2 in college and 1 who is on the fence as to if he is gonna continue schooling.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't quit realestate.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Ireland. It is so beautiful. but of course second to that would have to be here in Florida. Nice, warm (no snow weather). :)
