I worked with Caroline. she is the best agent who i have worked with when i moved many times. i would recommend her to anyone. she was very smart with what to do and she always did the best and right thing. Caroline was the best agent with out a doubt!!!.

Incompetent
Absolutely Horrible - Worst experience you could think of. If you want a questioned answered dont expect one. She will talk in circles & completely avoid the question altogether as if she doesn't even know what she's doing & leaving you more confused. Did nothing to help sell my property, sat back & expected it to sell itself in this tough market these days. She offered no ideas or suggestions when I turned to her for advise. Didn't follow up with prospective buyers to get feedback. Lied several times about things she was to do & never did them also, lied about proper listing protocol. I later found out she was wrong, even after she "checked with her broker". If she had checked with her broker before lying to me it would have been done right the 1st time. I would not recommend her, she should not even have a license. DO NOT USE - You would benefit better from your own personal knowledge & using buy owner because she's useless.
