We are seeing a lot of foreclosures and bank owned properties on the market right now, however, in recent weeks, the prices are starting to go back up!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love to help people. It is a great feeling when a seller sells and when a family buys a great home.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The challenging issue we have a realtors is that not every realtor is the same. There are great and then there are not so great. Great realtors can make a BIG difference in a real estate transaction. Great realtors can save both the buyer and seller a lot of time and money. Other issue that we are facing right now is letting the buying public know that it does not COST ANYTHING to use a great realtor when buying a home.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Well, there have been many......but there are a couple that stand out....I had a couple who were renting a home and I took them and we found out that they were able to buy their first home, we managed to find a STUNNING home and they were so happy. Another story, I received a phone from a gentleman who was looking to sell his home, I went that morning to talk to the gentleman and listed the home. That afternoon I showed the home and the buyers LOVED it and I sold it that day!

What is your best characteristic?
Honesty, hardwork and listening to people.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My pass clients. My fellow Realtors. My dog Molly.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Save for the future. Enjoy the now. Work like your life depended on it.

Central Florida, USA
