- Good question. I guess that I find dealing with uncommunicative people or organizations most challenging. I very much dislike not having the answers!

- This is a tough one. Well, I once listed and sold a home where the homeowner left a dog there until she could have it adopted. Since she moved out of the area I agreed to feed and water the dog in her absence. After about a week, I was the one who adopted the dog!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I would say that honesty is be my best characteristic.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired to become debt free by following the principles outlined by Dave Ramsey.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- It sounds elementary, but if you're going to do something, do it right.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Wow...good one! I haven't traveled much-yet-but I loved Key West. Overall though, I love Central Florida.
