Kristina was born in Denver, Colorado and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 12 years old. It was really exciting spending a large portion of her childhood in Las Vegas. Even though Kristina did not grow up in Florida, her love for Florida grew at a young age. Fortunately, Kristina had family that she was able to spend summers with in Central Florida. Those were very memorable times which inspired Kristina and her husband to move to the Central Florida area in 2004. They felt this would be the perfect area to work and raise our family. Before moving to Florida, Kristina worked primarily in the Banking and Finance Industry. Even though she enjoyed working with Banking and Finance, she had always been inspired to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. With her knowledge of the Central Florida area, her previous Banking and Finance experience and in addition to her passion for helping people, she knew that being employed as a Real Estate Agent would be a perfect fit for her. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love the joy of making things possible for people. Theres nothing better then finding that perfect home for someone or selling someones home for the price they needed.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Nothing, I love a good challenge!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I remember helping a young client who could not afford much. No one was really taking the time to help her. She walked into my office in tears. The best feeling was finding her a home that night for her and her kids.

What is your best characteristic?
Understanding that when dealing in real estate, you are dealing with most peoples largest investment of there lives. You must be patient and understand what there needs are.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My family.

What is the best advice you ever received?
You get out of life what you put in it.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
