DO NOT do business with Terry Hicks. He and his (ex?)wife Michelle Hicks are under investigation for fraud and theft. They were doing property management for Century 21 Hometowne Properties in Florida. To date there are around 30 to 50 rental properties that they were managing during the last quarter of 2010. They were collecting rent and not paying the owners, it has been estimated that they stole from the owners between $350,000 and $550,000 and that estimate could go higher.
