I consider myself very fortunate to have found Ms. Sanchez so that she could help me navigate through the Jacksonville Florida housing market. Currently the housing market is in turmoil and there are myriad possibilities, including foreclosures, short sales, new construction, etc.. Ms. Sanchez's knowledge of the local market was highly impressive (hence the 5 stars) and she always had (or got me) answers to my questions (and I ask a lot of them being an engineer). She drove me around Jacksonville to see upwards of 70+ houses and gave me her HONEST opinion on each house we visited. I felt that her motivation was to get me the house of my dreams and not just to make a sale. Based upon her past real estate experience (in sales), Ana was a great negotiator and worked many extra options into my purchase at no cost to me. She knew where the builder would be able to "flex" if asked to provide the upgrades. From a personal perspective, she is warm, courteous, always responsive and more of a "friend" than my real estate agent.
