I bought a house from Grant Vreeland 3yrs ago. Today I received a summons of foreclosure from a bank I have never done business with. Prior to selling my wife and I this home Grant took out a loan against the property.

When I moved into a home he was renting out, I asked to use a check to hold the house and pay him cash. He allowed me to do that. That was the last time that I ever saw him. He never returned the check to me like he said he would and when we moved out, he deposited the check into his account. It was a check for over $1500. Needless to say, I did not expect this to happen nor did I have that money in my account. He then prosecuted me for writing bad checks to him. I would never trust this guy. He is from another country and apparently there, they have different ways of showing respect, unlike here by notifying people of things you are doing. Excuse me if I don't have a mercedes or own buildings.

This agent claims to ba a foreclosure sales expert but does his sales entirely by emails, sending descriptions of properties and giving you the code numbers so you can look for yourself, if the houses are vacant. Most of the descriptions he sends are not houses you would want to buy, and he was sarcastic and rude with my wife, who is from another country, because she could not speak English well-enough to suit him. Because of his attitude and the way he does business, I would recommend you choice another agent. We signed a contract with him, but quickly canceled it the following day, after my wife had had chance to review it, and it took us two weeks to get our deposit returned, although he was holding our check all the time, and had not turned it in to the title company.

Ben Pitta, Is definatley a terrible agent! Not only is he in for it for himself but is also a complete JERK. Do yourself a favor do not use this agent or else!

Cyndee Haydon is a real person who relates to the needs of her clients. She's down to earth! Although house buying can be difficult, Cyndee was right there by my side guiding me in the does and dont's of real estate. She was always calm, pleasent and always very informative.

refuses to make required repairs to all apartments after multiple written requests, dodging calls regarding return of security deposit, only good thing is he will work with you a lil if your late with rent, as did the previous owners. Andrew

I have worked with Daniel and Judith Nehorai on 2 purchases. He is an excellent negotiator and my situation was not easy as I was a buyer from the UK. I would definetly recommend them both.

Out of state investor was sold a four bedroom house that was only 3 bedrooms. No permits on work done was told it was permitted by Lana. She then agreed to reimburse me for some expenses and then promptly backed out of the agreement. She was not knowledgeable ablout real-estae law. She thinks the term AS Is gives the realtor the right to rip the customer off. She has no integrity when it comes to following throught on what she pronises to deliver. Had someone from her agency doa rental analysis of the property that was total fiction. I ended up having to rent the house for about 500 less a montht then the prediction. I hope at some point she actually follows through with her agreements to deliver what was promised. Even when we were negotiating how to resolve the things she screwed up she never took responsibilty but instead blamed her boss Luigi. She said Luigi was unethical and that she was no longer going to work for him. To my knowledge she still works with him.
