"Everything is going great. Karen and I went down the end of June for 2 weeks and got things cleaned up and painted. (Remember that refrigerator full of bugs? It took me 7 hours to clean!!) We hired a property manager and the place is rented already.
While there we got to meet the neighbors and see a little more of Cape Coral. We can't thank you enough for your guidance and help in finding our house. Our stay convinced us we want to retire there.
I had planned on calling you so you could see the place cleaned up but we working 12-15 hours a day and worked right up until we left.

I love the variety my real estate career offers. Every client is unique in their desires. Every sale has a distinct challenge. Every day brings a new possibility. Every situation has a learning opportunity.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Today’s market has no precedent! With multi offers on correctly priced homes the challenge is to encourage the buyer to make their first offer their best offer.

Success is the buyer calling several months after the sale to say how "at home" they feel and glad they made the move.
What is your best characteristic?
I’m non stop optimistic!
Who or what inspires you the most?
I’m inspired by many who have had the ability to thrive through this past recession. The lessons learned were sometimes hard but necessary. It's not about having but about being.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Treat everyone the same. Be as pleasant as possible to those on the other side of the transaction. Always answer your phone!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I come from New York City. I’ve lived in Europe for a long time. I love the tropical climate and the uncomplicated life style SW Florida offers.
