Thank you Diane & Kathleen for your review. Vacant houses, new or re-sale, pose a particularly difficult set of tasks for the listing agent as did this one. Upkeep remains of utmost importance for curb appeal & presentation. It takes a team. In this case, the sellers worked very well WITH ME to make the house remain fresh in an otherwise slow market. I really appreciated the teamwork in that regard. The trust the sellers placed in my hands was paramount in every suggestion I made. As a team we made decisions. Together, we accomplished our goal.
