Our Mission: To provide a more cost effective way to help people sell Real Estate in South Florida and Provide flat fee services throughout the state of Florida. With over 17 years of experience in selling, buying, and investing in Real Estate, we have decided to bring some of our knowledge and marketing ideas to the consumer. We have sold over three hundred homes in the last few years. Throughout 1992 - 2007 many of these homes, 98% were sold in less than 3 weeks in South Florida, without the assistance of outside realtors. Over Past years our investment company grossed millions in Palm Beach County in Real Estate sales. We have a strong belief in customer care, honesty, and integrity that strengthens our success. In South Florida prices were soaring and now prices dropping , properties, and home values are becoming more difficult to establish. We feel that our service would be a strong benefit to help an individual sell their home or purchase a home.

i know the biz >> as a lic lender. lic broker. lic real estate broker-agent, and selling and buying over 300 homes myself i know the game , and i always try to help those who ask it of me !!!!
