Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Being a real estate broker, I find I learn something new with each closing. It's a continuting educational process of which I never tire.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue is a client who is emotionally attached to their home. However, I understand that selling a home and moving on is a difficult process for many individuals. As a Realtor, I try to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A client listed a large waterfront estate with me. An interested buyer made an offer with quite a few contingencies. I negotitated the deal between the seller and buyer every day for a month. The house was listed, sold and closed in 40 days.
What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is a bulldog type determination to make the deal work.

My wife inspires me.

Plan your work and work your plan.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Considering Florida has been my home since 1955, I'm staying in my home area of Belleair. I love the area and being close to my two grandchildren.
