F buy a previous house with Dave Kishuni and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Dave at first seem like a really knowledgeable and nice real estate agent. We signed the contract and after he got all of our personal info, a month later, I tried calling and emailing him and he answered me once and said that he submitted the info to the bank and is waiting for a response and it can take a while. I tried calling him again 3 weeks after that and he didn't answer the calls nor emails. I waited and then decide to call the bank, the bank said no one ever contacted them. My house is now in the process of foreclosure and I'm not sure what I can do now to save it except pay an extremely high mortgage. I'm not sure if he's one of those who use other people personal info or sell it etc.
