We bought out first house with the expert knowledge and advice of Jean Dowding. She made what is typically one of the most stressful events of one's life, a truly enjoyable ride. Bayard is a very personable agent and went above and beyond normal expectations for a real estate agent. While my fiance and I were working with him, he was very good at communicating with us either via email or phone while we were talking to set up appointments or reviewing houses we had already seen. Bayard was extremely accommodating, especially when he braved the weather with us to look at houses when there was snow on the ground or when it happened to rain during our scheduled appointments. He was extremely knowledgeable while we looked through each potential house and gave good overall advice as we perused each option. Bayard was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family when they are looking for a house in the area.

All the superlatives in the dictionary fall short! Kathy was always well prepared and knowledgeable. Whenever something new came up she had the answer or found it out and called back in minutes. Had an opportunity to meet with Dave Wilson. This guy needs to retire and stay home. His speech was slurred, his hands were so shakey you couldn't read his handwriting and he has the least amount of knowledge about Real Estate that I have ever seen. I think he is an old man who can't stay home so e decided to get in Real Estate and really doesn't care about selling homes. If he happens to sell something it would be by dumb luck. I've since spoken with other Realtors and they tell me he has so much money he really doesn't need that job, he just wants to get out of the house. Don't waste your time!

Hired Harry to purchase the home but he was not honest, hard to get a hold of, and represented the seller. There are too many good real estate agents to deal with a bad agent like Harry Farrow.

Susan was thorough and transparent about the properties she showed me. She stuck with me for almost a year to find the condo I own now. I highly recommend her. She never bothered me and was available when I called and worked easily through email too.
