Bayard is a very personable agent and went above and beyond normal expectations for a real estate agent. While my fiance and I were working with him, he was very good at communicating with us either via email or phone while we were talking to set up appointments or reviewing houses we had already seen. Bayard was extremely accommodating, especially when he braved the weather with us to look at houses when there was snow on the ground or when it happened to rain during our scheduled appointments. He was extremely knowledgeable while we looked through each potential house and gave good overall advice as we perused each option. Bayard was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family when they are looking for a house in the area.

All the superlatives in the dictionary fall short! Kathy was always well prepared and knowledgeable. Whenever something new came up she had the answer or found it out and called back in minutes. I particularly appreciated the time she took preparing and informing me about each stage in the selling and buying process. No surprises equaled no worries.
