Bayard is Number One!

Bayard is a very personable agent and went above and beyond normal expectations for a real estate agent. While my fiance and I were working with him, he was very good at communicating with us either via email or phone while we were talking to set up appointments or reviewing houses we had already seen. Bayard was extremely accommodating, especially when he braved the weather with us to look at houses when there was snow on the ground or when it happened to rain during our scheduled appointments. He was extremely knowledgeable while we looked through each potential house and gave good overall advice as we perused each option. Bayard was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family when they are looking for a house in the area.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Owning my own real estate business motivates me and allows me to help others accomplish their dreams.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Obviously, the market has been challenging during the past few years. We have chosen to work by referral and with the help of our past clients, friends, and business associates, we have weathered the storm.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: A few years back I was contacted by an investor. It was his first "flip property" and I helped him make that first project a success. I've since sold him numerous other investment properties plus his primary residence. Most importantly, we not only became good friends, but business associates. It doesn't get any better!
What is your best characteristic?: I am the "connector". I put people together with opportunities.
Who or what inspires you the most?: I read a lot, so I try to implement what I learn in my reading into my daily life.
What is the best advice you ever received?: From the book "The Go-Giver"; Law #4 - The Law of Authenticity: The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: My wife and I have a place at the beach and we enjoy spending time there. One of my goals is to also have a winter beach home in Florida.
