Had an opportunity to meet with Dave Wilson. This guy needs to retire and stay home. His speech was slurred, his hands were so shakey you couldn't read his handwriting and he has the least amount of knowledge about Real Estate that I have ever seen. I think he is an old man who can't stay home so e decided to get in Real Estate and really doesn't care about selling homes. If he happens to sell something it would be by dumb luck. I've since spoken with other Realtors and they tell me he has so much money he really doesn't need that job, he just wants to get out of the house. Don't waste your time!

Too old to be a good Realtor. Not up on new marketing techniques, has no concept of closing issues, doesn't return phone calls, forget this one, find a better realtor.
