This guy and his partner Ben hired my company to do some repairs at a rental property of theirs. We did the job as contracted they refused to pay for the job. It has been three years and still they have not paid.

This was a horrible experience. I trusted James with my life savings. He told me to put down $10,000 on a good faith deposit. When our deal fell through, he allowed the seller's realtor to take half of my good faith deposit which goes against the mortgage contingency clause. He did not try to get much of my money back at all. He also acted like I was bothering him by asking for updates from the seller about getting my deposit back. HORRIBLE!
