My experience with this agent was not good from the first day I spoke to him. I felt that he was not forthcoming with information I needed to know and he does not return phone calls in a timely fashion. I found that to be very unprofessional. He left town in the middle of our transaction without my knowledge and pretty much left me in limbo as to what happened with my offer. Someone else from his office emailed me to say she would be handling his stuff in his absence. I didn't like the way this was handled. After all this back and forth telephone calls that I had to continuously make to find out anything, my offer was rejected. After being in negotiations for this bank owned property, they told me the bank finally came back after they countered me with full price and I accepted; the bank also wanted me to put down 20%. I find it hard to believe that the realtor would not know that from the beginning and still don't understand that when they get paid in full anyway.

This woman, who is also an officer with Stover Homes, should be prosecuted for signing a false affidavit on multiple Stover homes stating that they were lien free. All homeowners are now being sued by the contractors who were never paid.
