Denny Horner is an exceptional professional and listing our property with him was a great decision. We were a little nervous about the prospect of selling the property. It was our first home, we live in Boston, the property is in Washington, DC, and we had never met Denny face to face. Judy is fantastic. I cannot imagine anyone working harder to help buyers and sellers get the job done. She listened, she suggested, and she worked her butt off.

I contacted Santhy about a house she had listed for rent because I was interested in living in the house with my roommates. I exchanged several emails with her asking about the layout of the 4-bedroom house and if the study/office closed off and could be used as a bedroom. She said it could and offered to show us the house so we set it up. Me and my roommates showed up and Santhy was late but the owner let us in to show us the house. As we were walking in with the owner Santhy called me and said she was late but also wanted to know if me and my wife made over $18K per month. I told her that, as I explained to her earlier, I was looking at this house with my roommates and between us all we made that. She then proceeded to chew me out about how we don't qualify because they won't accept income qualifiers from more than two people. I then told her it didn't make sense to tell me this now, in particular for such a 4 bedroom house when it seemed natural that multiple people could live there. She then chewed me out more about how groups of friends always fall apart and someone moves out and doesn't pay rent. I told her that we could discuss this when she got there. The owner then showed us the house, which was beautiful but wouldn't work for our group. The owner was very nice and friendly and we appreciated her time. When we were done touring, Santhy barged in the house and before introducing herself or saying hello, she announced very rudely to the owner that she was wasting her time because we don't qualify as though we weren't even standing there. She refused to speak to us so we thanked the owner for her time and left. I have never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Even if the house would have worked for us, I would refuse to rent a house from an agent like Santhy.

Bryan, and his staff have been so great in my property issues. He took it over from another company and has been beside me all the way in getting new tenants, raising the rents and taking wonderful care of my 3 units in Columbia Heights section of DC. I left the country and never looked back and have been very happy with his services for over 4 years. I would highly recommend him and the staff of Private Properties in DC.

Ms. Ilahi lady is not a competent agent. She was disorganized,and didn't seem to know what she was talking about most of the time, The figures she quoted were inaccurate also. I mean whatever happened to professionalism? I would like to know what experience (if any) she has in the field and what her credentials/qualifications (if any) are. I am certainly not going to be purchasing a house from her.
