What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Educating the consumer to the realities of the marketplace. The media has a lot of sway with the general public's perceptions. I felt that although this was an attractive property, it was not a perfect fit. I continued to scour the market and found an alternative property with more room for less money in better condition. When I dragged her to this spot she fell in love with it and soon purchased it.

Entrepeneurs who take the risks. You only have one life to live...be bold.

In real estate: Serve the client's interests above all else. To do otherwise is a recipie for failure.
In Life: Know thyself.
