Amber McDonald sell a previous house with Gerard DiRuggiero and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Gerard and Urban Land Company are listed as the sellers' agents of the Wilson House at City Center, a water-damaged development which is discussed here: http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/blogs/housingcomplex/2009/06/10/condo-horror-story-water-damaged-walls-ripped-out-four-times-in-first-year/ I contacted Urban Land to warn them of the issues, but they continue to work to sell the units.
