Jesse Banks is the most unprofessional, lazy, rude property manager I have ever dealt with, and as we all know, that must say a lot! She refused to keep our house to standard, refused to manage anything in a timely manner, and ultimately stole our security deposit. She lies, she steals, she hangs up on you, I can't believe she is still in business. Do not trust this woman, I repeat, DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN.

Out of all the people I have done business with, Jessie Banks is, by far, the most irresponsible of them all. I get better service at a fast food joint. Mrs. Banks failed at every aspect of being a landlord. She did not attend to my requests to fix common household problems, nor did she take the time to answers phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. She was rude to me, ripped me off, and refused to give back the security deposit. I would rather do business with the devil than go through that experience again!

I recently worked with Jessie L. Banks to purchase my first home. I had an awful experience working with her. I did practically all of the research for the homes myself - in fact, every, single home we visited were ones that I located and researched. To make matters worse, Jessie L. Banks misreprsented vital information concerning a seller's credit that was a part of a full price offer on a home. She blatantly lied about this issue before closing and as a result, the closing on the property took over five hours. Due to her misrepresentations, she agreed to pay me $2,500 as a portion of the commission earned on the sale of the property. Jessie L. Banks even signed a Promissory Note to pay the commission rebate. However, she did not honor the promissory note. I have filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Real Estate Commission, and I urge all prospoective clients to avoid Jessie L. Banks and Summit Realtors.
