No only was he able to personallky run title on an investment property, but he was completely familiar with court houses in DC, MD & VA. When I asked him how all this was possible, he reminded me that all agents have to have to practice real estate is a 60 cl****room hour course and be a high school graduate. As a former practicing attorney in MD/DC and on occasion in Northern Virginia also, he brought a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the practice of real estate that I was just not able to find elsewhere.
