I worked with Nashid Saadiq on a deal. He was totally unresponsive, rude to clients trying to buy, slow, had no idea how to execute a contract. And he lied and demanded extra money from the client at the end at settlement. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life by a realtor.
