Susan Represents 6-time Eviction Offendor

I absolutely would not recommend Susan Heine. She represented a tenant for our luxury rental condo in mid 2008 in NW DC. Not only did Susan not show to the lease signing, nor present a written tenancy agreement, she encouraged us to provide extra services outside of the lease (intenet, cable, etc) agreement. Susan's client is accused of fraud and has 6 evictions/judgements for possession outstanding against her between DC, LA and VA + other money judgements totaling over $40,000 (have documentation for all). We sued her client in Landlord and Tenant DC court after the 2ND month, as we never received any rent after the initial lease signing. Had the client been listed as the rental applicant, we could have performed our due diligence. Instead, Susan was a major cause in concealing her client's identity and us losing $20,000 in lost rent and legal fees. Susan's lack of character, honesty and integrity couldn't be more apparent and is an embarrassment to real estate professionals.
