"I recently hired Maria Hardy-Cooper as my Realtor to represent me in the purchase of my first home. Maria then recommended a mortgage loan officer. They were wonderful! I could not have asked for a more thorough, professional, tenacious and conscientious team, particularly as a first time homebuyer. They explained every aspect of the home buying process, were always available for any of my questions or concerns and ALWAYS operated with my best interest in mind."

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My client moving from Philadelphia to Washington, DC wanted to find a particular type of home in one specific neighborhood. As I drove through the neighborhood I saw a house being worked on by contractors. I went back to my office, wrote a letter to the owner advising the owner that her home fit the criteria my client sought in a home and that I had a ready, willing and able buyer for her home if she decided to sell. The seller's agent contacted me and we entered into a contract and closed on the purchase shortly thereafter.
