I contacted Santhy about a house she had listed for rent because I was interested in living in the house with my roommates. I exchanged several emails with her asking about the layout of the 4-bedroom house and if the study/office closed off and could be used as a bedroom. She said it could and offered to show us the house so we set it up. Me and my roommates showed up and Santhy was late but the owner let us in to show us the house. As we were walking in with the owner Santhy called me and said she was late but also wanted to know if me and my wife made over $18K per month. I told her that, as I explained to her earlier, I was looking at this house with my roommates and between us all we made that. She then proceeded to chew me out about how we don't qualify because they won't accept income qualifiers from more than two people. I then told her it didn't make sense to tell me this now, in particular for such a 4 bedroom house when it seemed natural that multiple people could live there. She then chewed me out more about how groups of friends always fall apart and someone moves out and doesn't pay rent. I told her that we could discuss this when she got there. The owner then showed us the house, which was beautiful but wouldn't work for our group. The owner was very nice and friendly and we appreciated her time. When we were done touring, Santhy barged in the house and before introducing herself or saying hello, she announced very rudely to the owner that she was wasting her time because we don't qualify as though we weren't even standing there. She refused to speak to us so we thanked the owner for her time and left. I have never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Even if the house would have worked for us, I would refuse to rent a house from an agent like Santhy.

I left Coldwell Banker 18 months ago. Shawn was notified by me and Coldwell Banker that I was no longer there. Whoever handled his tenant rudely "IT WAS NOT ME"

Do not use Santhy Mallios! In fact, avoid her at all costs. She is rude and not very smart. I used Coldwell Banker to manage a propert I own in DC, and she treated my tenants horribly. One of them almost sued me because she was so unprofessional.

Didier went above and beyond to get us what we wanted in a home. We went from city to city looking for the perfect home, but we found it. Didier was knowledgeable, personable, but most of all down to earth, and not pushy.

Lee found me the perfect home, and was able to trouble shoot all the little odds and ends of homebuying. She removed the stress 100%. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
