The DC area has many new condo buildings being built. One of the hottest areas is Mt Vernon Square, in NW DC, near Chinatown.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy educating other about the home buying process and helping to fulfill their dream.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are many challenges in this business. The best part is once you beat one challange; another one comes along!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a client who didn't really know what he wanted. We spent over 3 months exploring different areas in DC and Maryland. The last home we walked into he said "I'm home!". He is thrilled with his purchase and loves his neighborhood.

What is your best characteristic?
Organized and timely.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My father.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Listen. Don't talk too much - listen.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Italy. The food - the wine - it's fantastic.
