Great Result in Tough Market!

Denny Horner is an exceptional professional and listing our property with him was a great decision. We were a little nervous about the prospect of selling the property. It was our first home, we live in Boston, the property is in Washington, DC, and we had never met Denny face to face. However, Denny was there the entire way, constantly showing the unit and keeping us abreast of everything, while guiding us along the way. The entire process was quick, smooth, and painless. Excellent Experience as First Home Buyer

Denny assisted us in finding and buying our first home. He was always on time, called us back immediately, and made us feel like we were his only clients. Denny worked tirelessly to find houses in our price range in the areas where we wanted to live. In the end we found the perfect house right in a wonderful neighborhood right by a running trail (a running trail was one of our many prerequisites). I would recommend him to all of my friends and family!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Working in a strong market with media covering mostly only the negative markets.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Had a client moving from out of state and we put an offer in on a newly renovated home, but after the home inspection, we decided the craftsmanship was lack-luster and withdrew the contract; but it was a tough decision because of a tight timeframe to move to DC. Fortunately a great, even better home came on the market that I knew would be perfect, and my clients being out of town, I did a video tour of the house and sent it to them ... we submitted an offer in a multiple offer situation, won the contract and my clients couldn't be happier (all without even seeing the house until after the contract was ratified!).
What is your best characteristic?: No pressure!
Who or what inspires you the most?: Those I surround myself with personally and professionally.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Treat people like you would want to be treated (from my Dad).
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: On a beach.
