M. Sheppard buy a previous house with Cliftine Jones and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My husband and I lost nearly $1,000 when trying to buy a home with Cliftine Jones as the buyer's real estate agent. They accepted our offered, but never did the required FHA-loan improvements. Instead, Cliftine kept e-mailing us directly (instead of going through our agent) asking us to change the contract. But her client signed it and agreed to it!
