City Chic/Lindsay Dreyer ROCK!

My husband & I want to give the DC area one last gift before we leave: a recommendation for a fabulous real estate agent--Lindsay Dreyer. Lindsay is an independent Broker/Owner of City Chic real estate. She just sold our home on 10th Street NE and everything about working w/her was awesome. She gave us spot-on staging advice and worked incredibly hard for and with us. The results she got for us, in a down economy, are nothing short of miraculous. We had 6 offers on our home w/in 72 hours of listing and 4 of those offers were engaged in a bidding war. (And trust us, since Lindsay lives in and knows Brookland so well--we know our price was where it should have been.) Our home sold for more than a larger home very near ours that had central air (ours doesn't have central air) did a few weeks ago. And, since Lindsay is an independent Broker/Owner--you don't get dinged w/a bunch of extraneous fees.
