My experience with this agent was a nightmare. He is a really nasty agent.Who only cares about the almighty dollar. I had rented a very rundown apartment from him complete with huge cracks in the walls and ceilings. I was living through a city program and because of his city connections the place got p****ed time and time again. I had rat droppings under my cabinets when I moved in. I was missing light fixtures and the first week I moved in my tv was ruined due to a leaking ceiling. My kids rooms had huge cracks in their rooms and every year I would have to fill them in with putty. There was a crack so big it went right through to the bathroom . He was caught stealing utilities from the tenants also. I just wanted to let you other agents know the facts about Mr. Mercuriano. He cuts lots of corners in West Haven because of his connections. He should not be renting to the underpriveliged.He is a SLUMLORD. Check out his properties on East St and Noble st if you want proof. Thank You

Norm Goodman told us that he would be able to falsify an appraisal to obtain a property with no money down. We new the property was overvalued enough, but to see this guy be so casual about breaking the law is a disgrace.
