When I began my househunting I ran into numerous realtors and I was turned off by them as they were very pushy and being in sales I can read them easily. I ran into Joe Kappel at an open house and from his approach and a short conversation I knew he was the right fit. He was extremely patient and will to reaarange his schedule to help my wife and I. On the evening of Wed., Jan 20th, Darcy Hall of Trumbull, William Pitt Sotherby, was trying to get the business of a man (who at this time will remain unnamed although he is just as at fault.). However, this business was in the bedroom of a condo where her Cadillac was parked outside. In fact, she was in the condo with 2 men. Hmmm. Women like this should not be trusted. Be wary of the business she may try to elicit from your man. Bad decision for a local professional business woman.
