- A client wanted to sell their home to buy another where they could keep their horse on the property. They were currently boarding the horse and it was both inconvenient and expensive. I convinced them to sell first and then buy prior to closing their current home. Thereby having simultaenous closings. Through much perseverance and due diligence, I accomplished this nearly impossible feat without a hitch.
