Teri started out as a great land lord. She would return my calls, fix problems, etc. After a while, she started to turn into a very cold-blooded liar. She accused me of not paying rent, skipping rent checks, etc. When we signed our rental agreement, we asked if we could use our security deposit to pay for last month (security was first, last, and extra month). She O.K.'d it, but reneged on our deal. I still have not received a security deposit back after I paid for the last month out of pocket. As a college student, that was extremely difficult. Do not rent from her!

Teri has a complete lack of any sort of ethics - she will lie, cheat, steal ... She made what should've been a joyous time - the purchase of our first house - one of the most miserable times of our lives. Be careful - she has no boundaries. Don't do it to yourself.

I cannot say enough about this agent. She helped me as a first time homebuyer and made a milestone transaction so easy. Many people say that buying a house is so stressful, but Natalie made buying a home a great experience. It was so great in fact that when we were moving she also became our selling agent and it sold in less than one month!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Sally was very patient in looking for houses, and by our second outing she knew exactly what we wanted. But she was not very knowledgable about the process of purchasing a house and was not very clear when trying to explain it to us. Although it was fun going out with her looking at houses, the rest of the process with her was not very good. I would not recommend her.
