Unbelievable Assistance!
I wanted to take the time to recognize one of your employees, Heather Jasminski, who was an unbelievable assistance to me in buying my first home. To be honest, I had already been receiving emails from other local realtors for a few days, so I wasn’t sure how Heather was going to assist me, but I was pleasantly surprised. Within an hour after leaving my office, I received a thank you email, along with condos that fit what I was looking for. The homes she was recommending were exactly fit to the criteria I was looking for. She even set over 6 showings up on a Sunday afternoon, which showed her dedication to not only her job, but also my wife and I. We finally put a bid on our first condo and won! She was with us every step of the way, and it was a long journey through a very gruesome closing. She was available anytime, literally, as I would speak to her late at night, early in the morning, and all hours of the day. She came to our home numerous times out of convenience for us, to go over documents and the procedures we would be going through. Her hands on approach through our inspection, negotiating, and closing were outstanding. I work for a bank and do mortgages myself, and any person looking to purchase or sell a home, would be lucky to have Heather in their corner. This event in my life was one of the most important, let alone, stressful events I have ever experienced. If it wasn’t for Heather and her knowledge of the industry, and genuine concern for my wife and my well-being I don’t know if we would have made it through this experience. Again, working for a bank, I will be referring anybody that I encounter who is interested in buying or selling a home, to Heather.
Best Agent Ever!
There is not enough room to tell you how great Heather Jasminski is at her job. She went so far and beyond to help us. We needed to sell my dads house and then sell our house and buy another with an in-law. She worked so hard on finding the right house, but at that time there was just nothing available. In the end, we ended up adding on to our house. She was very supportive of our decision. Heather was there for us the whole time. As time went by working with her, she became more like family than "just our agent" I don't hesitate to recommend her to anyone ( even strangers) and will continue to do so. I give her 10 stars in every category. Friendly, hard working, honest, loyal... And the list goes on. I can't sing her praises enough.
