Just started working with her, but have talked to others who have worked with her in Norwich - if you're buying, she'll suggest that you increase your price. If you're selling, she'll suggest that you lower it and will tell you how your place isn't worth what you want. She's aggressive, works hard to get you a place - but doesn't listen well. She's too pushy for me. Considering dropping her as my agent shortly.

Nancy is the best realtor I have worked with. She fought for me to get stuff done and make sure my house sold and we closed without any hang ups. She is definitly gonna be my #1 if i ever move back to CT. Sorry people, I tried to get her to move to PA to help find another home but she is happy here and will make sure your house is sold or help you find a new one..
