FJH buy a previous house with Nancy Nishball and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We worked with Nancy for a brief period in early summer 2009. We were immediately taken back by her inquisitions into our personal finances. Both of us being heirs, we had no taxed income at the time. She proceeded to not BELIEVE our financial situation, claiming that having a trust is not an income. At which point she claimed the landlord was not comfortable with our situation, and rejection. Never before have we heard of a landlord rejecting a full years rent in cash. Regardless, Nancy had developed a serious attitude and character depredation on our behalf. Filling us with insults we decided to reject her as she rejected our family.
