- There are many, but on a lighter side, I had clients I met for the first time. They brought their small dog with them GRR!. After looking at several homes that day, the dog received natures call at a particular house. The client said, well, if my dog likes the house, we will buy it! Will never forget that day.

- Being honest and knowledgeable about the real estate market. I show property, I do not try to talk anyone into something that they may regret later. Treat everyone the same.

- After meeting a clients needs, the satisfaction of knowing they made the right decision

- Always be honest, as it will always come back. Never think about the amount of commission you may make as your clients will sense that
