There are many, but on a lighter side, I had clients I met for the first time. They brought their small dog with them GRR!. After looking at several homes that day, the dog received natures call at a particular house. The client said, well, if my dog likes the house, we will buy it! Will never forget that day.
What is your best characteristic?
Being honest and knowledgeable about the real estate market. I show property, I do not try to talk anyone into something that they may regret later. Treat everyone the same.

After meeting a clients needs, the satisfaction of knowing they made the right decision

Always be honest, as it will always come back. Never think about the amount of commission you may make as your clients will sense that
