What is the average home price in your market?: Depending on town, the price varies...the numbers change all the time. Contact me for more info.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Ever since I was 7 years old, I wanted to be a REALTOR. I enjoy the constant changes in the market, as well as all the new people I meet.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: I do not like to look at challenges as a negative, but as a positive learning experience. No two clients, homes or transactions are ever the same. I try to bring my knowledge and experience into everything I do, and attempt to gain new knowledge at the same time. This is an industry that is ever changing and you have to change and grow as needed.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I feel that all my clients are success stories. Whether they were buying or selling, I work hard to achieve their real estate needs.
What is your best characteristic?: I feel I am very approachable which tends to make people comfortable. My manner may be relaxed but I work hard for my clients. I am very tech-savvy and technologically advanced .
Who or what inspires you the most?: I am truly inspired by making the American Dream happen. Homeownership is a fantastic privilege and I enjoy be able to help people achieve this, whether be their first home or twentieth.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Always surround yourself with people with a positive attitude.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Maybe someday I would like to move to a warmer climate, but for now, I am very happy in Connecticut.
