Central CT has not seen the level of foreclosures and median price decline as the rest of the country. We are currently experiencing a lack of inventory for a lot my buyers
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love working with people, helping them navigate thru the sale or purchase of their homes
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Sadly working with other real estate agents who don't know their craft and make the entire process an ordeal. Then I need to step in and handle all the details in order to make sure my clients are protected!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I sold a home several years ago to the daughter of another client. We noticed a cute young man in the house next door. Long story short, they are now married and I sold his home after he moved in with my client and they have now been married for 2 years and going strong!
What is your best characteristic?
I love meeting new people, I am very outgoing and personable, I love to cook, I can be funny and somewhat irreverant.

Depends on the day, could be anyone in my family, anyone of a number of outstanding people that I have the honor of working with...
