- Keeping on top of the changing market. As the market changes there are always new issues that appear and you have to be willing to make changes all of the time.

- A few years ago, I was able to help 2 different clients, when they had to get out of the places they were living, the market had gone down and they were faced with a short sale. In both cases I was successful in helping them to move on with their lives.
