Attempted to rent a single-family home that she had listed. Had filled out all of the documents and paid for credit reports but at the last second she pulled the listing due to the fact that the potential renters didn't share the same last name, when in reality it was age discrimination.

Margaret Wilcox will not represent your best interests. This agent recently represented the sale of my condo. She took no steps to elicit interest in my property, but continued to push me to reduce the price. She is very unprofessional, particularly in writing. Once we had an offer on my property, Margaret encouraged me to agree to anything the buyer requested even when it cost additional money but did not add any benefit except to the seller. Thankfully, my attorney was looking out for me and I did not follow any of Margaret's advice. I would never recommend using Margaret or her company.
