We also comfortably List and Sell homes. We have a unique marketing plan and really focus on correct pricing as well as heavy internet marketing. We also have a few other tricks up our sleeve, but you have to hear our listing presentation to find out what they are... shh... its a secret!

How many years have you been in Real Estate?
I have been a Realtor for 4.5 years. I have been involved with real estate investing for 8 years.
What is the average home price in your market?
$300,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
No, not really... homes priced under $200,000 are flying off the market where homes in the $500,000 range are on the market for more like 250 days or longer.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love meeting people and of course seeing house after house. I like negotiating offers or defending prices and I like that every day is different from the other. My favorite is seeing my buyer get his/her dream house.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The hardest part of being a Realtor in the South Coast of MA is working non full time Real Estate Agents... it is hard enough scheduling showings for properties...but it makes it even more difficult when the listing agent can't open up the house for you because they are at their full time job...
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My favorite story is a buyer who put in an offer for a home they loved... the offer was not accepted and my buyer did not go up the $5,000.00 more that the seller wanted. They lost the house and were crushed...we saw a few more houses, but nothing... then we went to see a house (ugly on the outside)... but BEAUTIFUL on the inside... well to make a long story short...the yard was great, was location was great and the price was $5,000 lower :) They are thrilled and love there new home... This story happens again and again... if you don't get your first house... it probably wasn't meant to be.
What is your best characteristic?
Patience... I am very patient with my buyers... there is never a rush, it has to be right.
With sellers I would say my internet skills... I can really get there house out there. No matter what site a buyer is searching...your house will be on it.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Mike Darda... Century 21... Cape Coral, FL -- I have NEVER meet a Realtor SO smooth... and keen on pricing.
What is the best advice you ever received?
In a declining market, price your home 10% below market value... sell you home in 30 days or less to receive the most money for your home... and NEVER take an overpriced listing... it does not aid in your credibility or you pocketbook.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right where I live... I LOVE South Dartmouth... well maybe someday... Costa Rica
